Nourishing Families PArents Programme
Nourishing Families supports parents transform how they approach food and mealtimes in the home, leading to a more balanced diet for everyone and more enjoyable mealtimes creating better family connection.
It is a space for parents to take time to consider what and how they want their family mealtimes to be, decide what they do and don’t want to feed their children and how they want to be around food.
Sessions are held in small groups and cover a range of themes:

Rhythm and predictability – when are you eating? planning, timing, three meals v grazing, snacking, impact on digestion
Balanced nourishment - what to eat, nutritional considerations
Picky eating and other challenges - encouraging changes, stretching and broadening food choices
Creating your family food culture - bringing it all together to work for you and your family
